About This Site

This status page provides information about our key availability and performance metrics. We also show here the status of some third-party services we rely on. We have a regular maintenance window of two hours every Saturday at 10am UK time. We normally perform the maintenance on the first Saturday in a month, with minimal downtime when we need to reboot our servers. This page will always show the exact time of the next planned maintenance.

Under System Metrics, the Website Uptime graph is generated by Pingdom at one-minute intervals. That chart will show all downtime, including that the occurs during our maintenance windows. The CT Discovery Rate graph provides an indication of how many Certificate Transparency log entries we're processing every minute. The chart is connected to the final processing step in our pipeline, meaning it's a reliable indicator of our status.
